Welcome to my website dedicated to my professional activities, mostly research, but also a small part of teaching.
You will find pieces of information on my day to day researches with as much as possible illustrations to support texts. These researches are focused on seafood quality in every sense, including fish freshness and the problematic of microplastics in seafood.
Concerning teaching, I briefly explain which courses I am in charge and their contents.
